London, January 7th. Admiral Lord Jellicoc will hoist his flag on board 11.M.5. New Zealand on loth February, and sail for Australia ten days later. The Government is offering for sale three largo munition factories, at Wat. ford, Traltord Park (Manchester), and • Dudley (Worcestershire). It is understood that other factories will shortly he offered. Many large firms are keenly anxious" to buy such established factories, as the cost of labour and the / scarcity of material make the building of others very uncertain for some years. /
