The King and Queen have expressed their regrets at the death of Mr Roosevelt and have cabled a message of condolence. Washington, January 6. Flags are flying at half-mast everywhere in the Uidted States, on the fleet, naval posts, cantonments, and public buildings. Thousands of messages of condolence have been received.
