HOROWHENUA A. & P. ASSOCIATION.
DATE OF ENTRY CLOSING EXTENDED. Owing to the date of closing entries for the Horowhenua A. and P. Association’s Show, to be held on Wednesday, the 15th January, following' so soon after the Christmas and New Year holidays, it has been decided to extend the time for reecivTTq4—filial entries until Thursday next, the 9th January. Those competitors who may have overlooked tlic original closing date will now be given an opportunity of making their entries and taking part in (ho show. Judging from the- way entries arc coming (o hand the prospects of the show are good, and if favoured with line weather there should tie a record attendance. There will be the usual weight-guess-ing competitions, and numerous side shows to interest both young and old.
