The evening service was conducted by the Rev. Hedley White, of Otaki, who gave a capital and appropriate address. The building was filled, and the singing went heartily. Miss Knight again delighted her -hearers with ‘‘Lead, Kindly Light,” sung most nrtistically and tunefully. Among those who attended the services were a number of visitors from various parts of the district. These were much impressed with the very lino church building. The collections for the day, which were in aid of the building fund, were very satisfactory. WEDNESDAY’S SOCIAL.
