Leaving a deficit between actual receipts and liabilities of £l6 2s. Bat as this deficit includes the sum of £ll 14s lOd, cash balance from last year, the real loss with meeting seems to be about £2B.

It was decided that the members of the-committee interview the bank and arrange for an overdraft to pay off the deficit.

It was also resolved that this meeting do adjourn at its rising until the 11th May, when the audited balancesheet will be ready. A proposal to hold a meeting in Conjunction with the Cycling Club was discussed, but it was not pressed owing to the lateness of the season. Mr Woolmer intimated that the firm of which he was a member would give a trophy of the value of ten guineas as a prize for a cycling championship event to be won twice in succession or three times alternately. r-Star.
