The following is an extract from a otter received by Mr Robbins, secretary of the National Dairy Association : I beg to inform you that the Commissioners have agreed to bring into operation for the ensuing season a rate of 40s per ton for lots of four ions and over in the same consignments from the Taranaki districts to Wellington.
