CRICKET
WHAKATANE VISIT Next Saturday the Whakatane United cricket team will pay a visit to Opotiki and play the loeal representative side. The Opotiki team' will be selected from the following players:— Grant, Warren,' Robb,' Mason, D. Beattie, Hollman, Stevenson, -Black, Wells, Iledley, Badeley, J. Moore, Rowe, Collins, Burton. • The hours of play will be 10 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. Any of the above players unable to play arc to. notify Mr. Badeley by Thursday in order that the final selection may be announced in Friday’s issue.
