EXPORTED' TO AUSTRALIA Local dog' fanciers will be interested to learn that the English Springer Spaniel pup, “Atom of Guildford” which ihe breeder, Mr. J. D. Clark, of Guildford Kennels, Opotiki, sold to Mr.. Frank Martlow, a well-known Sydney fancier, arrived safely. Mr. Martlow reported that he is very delighted with “Atom” and she will bo a valuable addition to his stud.
“Atom” is by Sir Echo of Chastletoii, a noted English show ring winner, recently imported to New Zealand, from “Braekenlield Thrush” the well-known field trial show winner, owned by Mr. Chirk.
All the pups of this Titter were sold to fanciers in various parts of New Zealand and most favourably commented upon by leading judges and the owners. Their _future activities in the field trials and on the show bench will be Hatched with much interest. ’This was Sir Echo’s second Utter in X.Z., and his stock is in such demand that liis fee is 1115 15s to selected and approved matrons oil !yBracken field Th rush is booked to visit Sir Echo again.
