SEPTEMBER FIGURES Numbering 52 more than the August allocations, ,143 State houses and flats were allocated to ex-ser-vicemen tenants during September, under the system, whereby ex-ser-vicemen obtain 50 per cent, of newly completed or vacant units. This meant that at- the end of that month the total of ex-scrviccmcn’s allocations stood at 7415.
