Model of Arapuni. A very fine model of the Arapuni power station is to he seen at present in the Bay of Plenty Power Board’s window. The exhibit, which is modelled in concrete is the work of Miss Eva Debreceny, a member of the offic staff, who used as her only guide, an aerial photograph of the power works. No attempt has been made to g„ into too much detail, and the exhibit is enhanced by its simplicity. Water is circulated continuously from the lake above the dam, giving a very realistic effect. The exhibit is making a strong appeal to children andi parents are strongly advised to give their families an opportunity of viewing the power works layout. Miss Debreceny is to 1)0 heartily congratulated on her effort, which must have entailed » great deal of painstaking labour.-
