HANDICAPS FOR SUNDAY
The Opotiki Yacht Club* will hold-a race on the Opotiki river on Sunday, commencing at 10 a.m. The race will he run under the Marla Foy System, under which the boats will remain attlieir moorings until directed by the starter to. get under way. This system will provide some thrilling finishes. The following handicaps have been declared for the various conditions which may prevail
