Rending.—. Messrs. Bunkall and .Murray wrote in connection with loading at Ohiwa. The letter stated that there was little likelihood of a •Vticn in. the price of land. Another letter from the same firm accepted on behalf of Air. Oscar Reeve, the council’s offer to purchase land,’ the figure being £l5O. The council decided to confirm the offer. Subdivision and Koading.—Messrs. Taxi Fares.—A letter from the Commissioner of Transport in connection with taxi fares was “received”.
Another letter from the Commissioner dealt s with unlighted cycles at night, it was stated that a number of suitable posters were being forwarded. The council decided to co-operate as much as possible.
