RATIFICATION POSTPONED
KUSSO--GERMAN PACT DECISION BY SOVIET , LONDON, Aug. 28. The Supreme Soviet .Assembly has postponed the ratification of the ]«usso-Gerniau Pact. The Exchange News Agency’s Moscow correspondent says that the lower house at a meeting this afternoon agreed inly on the order of the agenda, for Parliament to-night. The house put agricultural taxation first, universal military service second, and the German-Soviet Pact third. The pact may not be reached until Thursday or Friday. The Supreme Soviet Council met briefly and arranged a short session with the Council of Moscow Nationalities to-night.
