FINAL MEN'S EVENING The Opotiki Orphans’ Club held the final men’s eyening of the Session in the Masonic Halt on Thursday evening last, the president, .Bro. Geo. Dawson, presiding "over a fair attendance. The programme was as follows: National Anthem; orchestra inkier Bro. MeDougall; songs by Bro. T. Bod-man; stories by Bro. J. O’Sullivan (junr.); Bros. MeDougall and AVrigloy played popular songs and the company joined in the choruses; songs by Mr. Colquhoun (Rotorua); saxophone solo, Bro. Aiviklejohn ; Recitation, Bro. C. F. Shaw; songs, Bro. A. E. Iteeee; orchestra; supper; Orchestra; pianoforte solo, Bro. J. A. T. Henry; recitation, Bro. D. Debreceny; further songs by Mr. Colquhoun; orchestra ; Auld Lang Syne.

The club will pay. a v-jsit to tlie Gisborne Savage Club on 6th. September and the annual ladies’ evening of the Opotiki Club will he held on Thursday. September 28.
