COMING-OF-ACE PARTY An. enjoyable reception was held m the Hawai Hall on Monday night in honour of the eoining-of-age of Miss Duleie Savage, who was the recipient of many delightful gifts. 'l’he Imll was charmingly decorated by friends of the guest of honour. The dances, games, and amusements were in the capable hands of Air. G. Harvey as AI.C. A poi dance and ha- ■ ka were given by the Hawai Maoris and were greatly enjoyed by the guest s. Tim tables were tastefully decorated - with maiden-hair fern, narcissus' and daffodils. A toast was proposed by ■Air. Farnworth, who also presented Miss Savage with a key, autographed J> v her friends. Mr. Savage suitably responded. Toasts were also proposed by Messrs. 11. and S. Drake.
