During the latter end ol the season a tour of Taranaki was arranged by the Bay Centre and I am pleased to say four of our members availed themselves of this opportunity, and had a most* enjoyable time, extending over a lull week. The touring party consisted of 32 bowlers and eight, ladies. Should further tours be arranged 1 would take this opportunity of advising members to whole-heartedly support them. To the members- of the Ladies Croquet Club we extend our sincere thanks lor the way in which they have assisted us in the past, and any way -in which our club can assist them wc shall be only too pleased to do so. The annual visits between our dub and the Taneatua and M.liakatain Clubs took place as u.-mal and most enjoyable games were played.

Your committee having gone into ways and means, it has been decided to enlarge the club’s pavilion and this work will be done during the off season.
