DIVORCE GRANTED NEW .YORK, April 21.—Testimony given by Rufus Ross, who is 63, suing for divorce at Akron, Ohio, yesterday : “My -wife Bessie, who is bigger than i am, is so jealous that she pinches my ears if she catches, me looking) at a picture of a pretty girl. She cuts their pictures out of the papers so I shan’t see them, and she ~ slaps me if i so much as glance side- 4 ways at a girl when driving my car.” Ross was granted his divorce.
