CATHOLIC DANCE IN LYRIC LARGE ATTEND AN OJS Out- of the most popular dances held in Opotiki for a long time was that held by St. Mary’s Church 011 Wednesday night. The attendance was exceptionally large apcl from all points of view the junction was a great success. Mr. T. Hickey, acted as M. 0., while the dance music was supplied by iVlrDougaH’s Hot Scots. An extra was supplied by Air. Alannix. Monte Carlos were won by Miss Jones (Wr.iuku) and Air. Gleason*'(Kaitaia), Aiiss J. Jessop and Air. Walker. Among those present were: — Mrs. B. Parkinson. Airs.
