Persons possessing “intuitive ability’;’ : to cure-the sick were the right to practise under the title, el “heilpraktiker” healing practitioner provided they are more than 2d and can show three years successful work in healing. .

The purpose of the law was stated to be the eradication oi: quackery, especially in rural districts, but it also helps make up for -a shortage of qualified physicians resulting, ironi elimination of Jewish doctors.
