ESPIONAGE REVEALED JIBUTI, Feb. 23.—A alertness -has revealed an'extensive Italian espionage organisation. An Italian contractor was going to tlie Italian Consulate by taxi, when the driver noticed that he was carrying a' box of papers. He pretended to be sfaort of petrol, and stepped near the barracks. The Italian threatened him with a revolver, but an officer came out and ai rested the Italian, whose papers contained photographs and plans of the military equipment at the new aerodrome. Since then seven arrest's have be|n made.
