RULING THE OCEANS
RiUCKHIJRST HILL, Eng., Feb. 2. —The Royal Navy, if Britain has the good will of the United States, is strong enough toi rule the oceans of the world, Mr. Wilston Churchill declared last night in a speech in which he expressed scepticism over Herr Hitler’s prediction of “a long peace.”
