GIRLS DEARER THAN BOYS Statistics, relating to the cost of runnin gboys’ and girls’ boarding schools at Wanganui have revealed the- interesting fact that girls are more expensive to keep than boys. Comparing the girl’s college and technical college hostel figures, it was found that boys cost 13s Id a week, each, and girls 17s 7d. The Wanganui Collegiate School, Wanganui Girls’ College, and TeehmeaPCollegc Hostel spend more than £SOOO a year in Wanganui on provisions alone.. v
