TROLLING BOAT ON FIRE VICTORIA, Jan. 20—When lire broke out in his 25-foot trolling boat in Sooke harbour. Arthur Ruffes aid some quick thinking. He sank the vessel in 12 feet ef water by chopping a hole in the hull with ah axe. He made’ his -wivy ashore in a skiff.
