(Contributed.) Let ti.s wend our way on tin* evening of Friday. February 24th. to the Parish Hall, where a hand of girls ancl women meet weekly, for an hour. to perform exercises that will keep them tit. These exercises, carried out to carefully selected music-, are chosen to tone up the circulation, digestion and nervous .system so that, as time, marches on. the Opotiki community should see loss and less of the neurotic who is a burden both to herself and her friends. Why worry? Keep lit! Learn to exercise, learn to relax, learn the art of balance; d'evelop that poise which is your rightful inheritance: correct those posture faults.

We skip; we run ; we hop; we jump : we deep-hreathe; we bend—if we wish! Mark, though, that this session is not allied to the old-fashioned “physical jerks” where every member moved in unison with every other. Kach .member, girl or woman, does those exercises, which she feels she needs, and. if fatigued, she may rest. It hn.s beep lound by all modern “Keep Fit” authorities that this method gTyes best results. Is your time limited? Well, then, join our class and obtain your exercise in concentrated form amid congenial surroundings.
