These exercises, carried out to carefully selected music-, are chosen to tone up the circulation, digestion and nervous .system so that, as time, marches on. the Opotiki community should see loss and less of the neurotic who is a burden both to herself and her friends. Why worry? Keep lit! Learn to exercise, learn to relax, learn the art of balance; d'evelop that poise which is your rightful inheritance: correct those posture faults.

An: you 'pigeon-toed? Are you one of the duck-toed young ladies? Come aiul learn to correct your defects and at- the same time enjoy some wholesome fun. We skip; we run ; we hop; we jump : we deep-hreathe; we bend—if we wish!
