ARRESTS IN POLICE YARD AND CHURCH CROUNDS TWO MEN REMANDED • ' At the Police Court this morning i\vo separate charges of being found without lawful excuse on enclosed grounds were hoard . before All'. C. Pipe, J.P. Constable W. I?. Cooper conducted proeedings on behalf of the police. ITaroldi Howard Walker, labourer .and bootmaker, aged do, was charged that on the 9th. day of February, he was found without lawful execuse, bu.t in circumstances that did not disclose the commission of, or an intention to commit any other offence, in :m enclosed yard, to wit, the police stable yard. The accused was remanded to appear at The .Magistrate's Court tomorrow. Henry George David Warrington, '* labourer, aged 21, was charged with being a rogue until a vagabond in that, on the 9th. day of February, he was found without lawful excuse on the enclosed garden of the Presbyterian Manse. The accused was remanded to appear at the Wigistrate's Court tomorrow.
