T. Burke. C. AY. Fainveatlier, R. A. Hod ley, A. E. Blake. S. Maxwell. J. T. Clark, C. Black. G. F. Powell. G. S. Moody. J. McDonnell.'Mr. J. T. Merry (comity clerk) and Mr. \V. A\’. Upton (county- engineer) were also in attendance. The minutes of a special mooting to consider outstanding rates were rend and confirmed l . The council was satisfied that everything possible is being donej to collect outstanding rates. Outward correspondence was read and approved. Inward Correspondence.
