February, an instalment of the Registration Levy will become payable by all male persons twenty years of age and over, other than those entitled to exemption. The fourth instalment of the Employment Charge of 8d in the £ on income other than salary or wages derived during the year ended 3lst. March, 1938, also falls due on the same date. A penalty of 10 per cent, will he incurred on any instalment not paid within one month of the duo date.
