BOY FALLS FROM CAR SEVERE] SKULL FRACTURE Serious" injuries were sustained by Hubert Woolf, aged 11, son of Mr. and Mrs. Awhipera Woolf, of Torere Pa, when he fell from a motor car near the Torere Bridge, shortly after, noon on Wednesday. it is understood that the car ivas driven by a Maori named Rampeia, of Torere, and is owned by Mr. Joe Henry. Apparently the little boy stood on the running hoard of the car and when the car started the boy fell off. The car did not stop, the driver apparently being unaware that an accident had occurred. The injured boy was removed to the Opotiki Hospital suffering from a fracture at- the base of the skull. His condition is serious.
