'The recommendation followed a discussion on ,sheep-worrying. 'The Hastings and Halunia branches forwarded suggestions that the compulsory registration fee he more strictly enforced, and the Wniimiranin branch advocated an increased registration 100 for bitches* Speakers stressed idle need for universal action in an effort to combat tlie menace of sheep-worrying.
