EXCITING .MOMENTS MV ICTI ON BROBLEAIi A startling experience helell a I'Yildiug woman when a hull took charge ol the spare room of Iter home on Monday. and for a time refused to budge, despite the efforts of the housewilo and a drover in charge of the animal. Awakened from an aft (>lllOOll reverie, the woman heard the sound of heavy hooves and saw two beasts disappearing round the house. One, more daring than the other, dashed up the front, steps on to the verandah and through the entrance hall, and, with much skidding and sliding, made its way into Ihe spare room. . The drover attempted to enter the room, liut beat a hasty retreat, while the housewife, broom in band, stood in the hall await ing the outcome.. The hull showed tin disposition to move. The drover then went round to the windows "on the verandah side of the room and struck on the glass with Ids fists. Tito hull ,sktited around the room, playing havoc with the polished lloor. Filially, with a hound which shook the timbers of the old house and sent the woman scampering for cover, the hull emerged and made for the open front door.
