Poro Mokomcko, aged 21,'was charged with breaking and entering the premises of M. O. lvidd Ltd. and with stealiug money, the property of M. O- Kidcl Ltd. and Chas. Fleming, also with breaking and entering with intent to commit a- crime. Police-Sergeant Jlsbister conducted the case on behalf of the police and accused was represented by Mir S. Hei. Evidence was given that the accused ' entered the garage on the nights of 28th. and “ 29th. September. Last/night lie was caught red-handed by Constable Bathie and Air J. -Ross, garage In a statement accused: admitted the offences.
