Garnival Dance. The National* Party will hold a Carnival Dance ii{ the Waibtahi Hall on Friday night.
Opotiki Pig Sale. The fortnightly pig sale will he held in the Opotiki • saleyards on Monday next.
Dairy Association Meeting. Notice is given in to-day’s issue that the annual general meeting of shareholders of the Opotiki Dairy •Association Ltd- will be held in the Regent Theatre, on Saturday, September 24th- at 10.30 a.m. Notice is also givbn that, nominations for the elections of directors will close on Friday, 23rd. September.
Mr W. Sullivan’s Meeting. Owing to the- celebrations in connection with the Presbyterian Church’s diamond jubilee having been arranged for Friday. September 2'3, the executive of the National Party, in order to avoid clashing, has altered the date of Mr \V. Sullivan’s address in Opotiki to Tuesday, September 20.
