ANNUAL MEETING

SUCCESSFUL YEAR

The annual congregational meeting of St. Jolm’g Presbyterian Church tvas held in St. John’s Hull hist night when there was a good attendance. The year’s work was reviewed and reports were received I rein the session and management committees and other organisations of the church. Jhe financial statement and balance sheet wci'3 presented by the treasurer showing excellent progress during the year. A credit balance was shown after commencing the year with a debit balance of CIBM. Election of Managers. The following managers were elected Mbssrs D. L. Abbot, .1). Auld, J. Baird. A. .Debreceny ♦ re-elected), I). Crawford. W. J. Caves, H. S. Holmes and If. B. Smith.

During the evening a vocal duct was given by Aiestlanies H. S. Holmes and 'l'. Steele while Air H. S. Holmes was beard to advantage in. a vocal solo. The ('veiling concluded with a supper served by the ladies.
