TO THE EDITOR
A DANGEROUS PRACTICE Dear Sir. —Could I through your valuable paper, bring before the public till* very silly and dangerous practice of people, especially school children. riding bicycles with no hands on the handle bars. It only needs a slight- bump or stone to be in the way and they could easily be thrown under a passing lorry or car, causing a lot of unnecessary trouble for some one. I hope something can be done to stop this before anything serious does happen.
