LADIES’ REST ROOM Sir,: —With your permission, I would like to draw attention to the insanitary condition of the rest room. It is high time that the Borough Council took steps to. improve conditions in relation to the present building, or better still, to) erect up-to-date conveniences. SHOP ASSISTANT.
