The following delegates were present at the weeitly meeting of the management committee ox the Opotiki Rugby Union: —Messrs G. Wood (chairman), A. Short, J. Edwards, C. Howard, AL. Dolamere, B. Black and F. Chapman (secretary). The minutes of the piovious meeting were read and confirmed and outward correspondence read and approved.

Air A. Short moved that the ,financial report presented by the secretary for the Parata Cup match be approved, apd that payment for Apanui Union’s share be passed for payment. Seconded by Mr J., Edwards and carried.

It was resolved that /the action of the executive in arranging the Parata Cup match >vitli Apanui on the 2nd. Yluly be approved.

Oil the motion of Mr A. Short, it was decided to (procure 18 silver badges suitably lettered, for the winners of the knock-out competition.

The-secretary was instructed to write to Air Ormondy advising him that the Union’s r.ulos did not make provision for the admission of a representative of the Primary School Association into the Union’s committee.

It was decided to write to the Tauranga Union re 11. Yardley’s transfer from the* City J? ootball Club to the Taurangai Union. Accounts as presented were passed for payment.
