{ DISPERSAiL • SALE On behalf of Mr s W. B. Candy, the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co. Ltd., report holding a most successful sale on the farm yesterday. On account of the very wet day only genuine buyers attended. The in-calf heifers were a very good line and sold to £9 5s for early calvers. Competition was not keen for late calving cows or heifers. Prices realised were: dairy cows, Close; to profit, £7 5s to £8; backward sorts, £5 to £6 10s; good quality Jersey heifers, early calvers, to £9 ss; latgr calvers £7 to £7 17s 6d; yearling Jersey heifers, 44 at £4 Is, and 57 at £4 ss. Smaller cattle to £3 10s.
