Juniors: H.S. and Torero drew, 3 all. O.M.P. 18 heat Te Huiat 5. Seniors: City lost to O.M.P. by default?' P.W.D. 14. beat, Te Huia 11. ' P.W.D. v. Te Huia. V This game was played on the reserve and was a rather poor exhibition of Rugby. The handling on both sides and weak and the tackling was also very poor. The lilues (P.W.D.) kicked off with the sun in their favour. Two free kicks were awarded to the Blues in quick succession. The Te Huia forwards broke away and compelled the Blues to fol’ce. " The Blues hail a shot at goal in a good position for offside play in the scrum, but the kick was a poor one. The Reds forced shortly afterwards.
