REDUCTION IN NUMBERS
LONDON. April ,12.—the number of blind children between the ages of five and 1(> years has fallen since 1925 by 38 per cent... according to the Minister of Health. Sir Kingsley AVcod, who- opened new municipal workshops for the blind at Stratfoid yesterday.
The age at which people were first registered as blind was, becoming steadily later.
