Management committee MEETING The following members were present at the weekly meeting of the management committee of the Opotiki Rugby tfnion:—Messrs G. Wood (chairman)) A. Short, J. Parkinson, AL. Delamere, T. Black and E. Chapman (secretary). - It was decided to point out to the 3rd. grade grading committee that the Rugby Union considered N. Sheeran to he a junior player, and application for regrading would have to he made through tlic union. On the motion of Air Parkinson, seconded by Air Short, it was decided to consider the junior first round, match, Waioeka v. Torero, a draw and points accordingly. Mr Short moved that the balancesheet presented by tiie secretary for, the Parata Cup mat;;n he approved, and that payment lor WhaJkatane Union’s share be passed Seconded by All Parkinson and carried. Thompson, scored a try, this being converted by Hake.
