Ruatoria, like their school so much that they declined a holiday offered by the Minister of Education, the Hon. P. Fraser, when lie visited the school on AA’ednesday. It is the Minister’s custom, when visiting schools, to grant a day’s holiday in honour of his visit. He usually askp the children if they would like a holiday, and invariably there is a unanimous agreement.
