Paynter and their infant son, Gordon, of Karori, .Wellington, are spending a holiday in Opotiki as the guests of Mrs Pay liter’s parents, Mr and Mrs C. Gordon. * * * * * * sMrs E.. O’Reilly, of Thames, who has been the guest of M'iss B. Reid “Burnside”, while visiting Opotiki, lias returned to her home. Some thir-ty-seven years ago, Mrs O’Reilly, then Miss Sk,udder, was a teacher at the Opotiki School and during her visit she made an inspection of the school with great interest.
