COMMITTEE'S K WPORT The waterworks committee in reporting to the. Borough Council at the monthly meeting, held on Tuesday night in connection with the suggested supply of water to Kukumoa residents stated that it, was estimated that £3OO would be required to put in a I,J inch main to supply the* residents applying for same, and it was resolved to recommend that a £5 per annum minimum he paid by each consumer until the cost of installation lie liquidated by appropriation of £3 of the said £5- five per cent, per annum interest to Ih* charged on the balance outstanding.
