£IOO EACH TO PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH AND R.S.A. According to advice received from the office of the Public Trustee, the will of the late Mary Simpson who* died at Opotiki on the 13th. January last provides for the -following bequests £IOO to the Presbyterian Church at / Opotiki. ■ £IOO for the benefit of such returned soldiers being ex-members of the New Zealand Expeditionary. Force, V who served in the Great V ar and are for the time being bona fide residents within either the Borough or the County of Opctiki who are urgently in need of assistance. The will directs that the Trustee is. to be guided in respect to the assistance to be atforded, by the advice; of the President, of the Opotiki Branch of tlie Returned Soldiers’ Association. . The estate is under administration. bv the Public Trustee. -
