NOVELIST’S ACTION
SETTLED OUT OF COURT BIOGRAPHY OF DUKE LONDON, Jan. 20. A settlement was announced in the King's Bench Division to-day of a libel action by Compton Maclvcnzie, the novelist, against The Leader, arising out of his proposal to write a biography about the Duke of AYRiclsor.
