CIRCULAR . TO COUNCIL The fojlowiug letter lias been received by tlie Opotiki Borough Council from the office of the Department of Internal .Affairs re. the ’ Dogs’ Registration Amendment. Act- 1937. “1 wish to state that section 5 of the Act provides that- the -Minister of internal Affairs may make arrangements for the supply to local authorities concerned of an approved hydatid remedy.
