Heavy haveners and choppers were very firm and show an improvement on late rates. Porkers and goou store pigs soldi well but small slips and weaners were not wanted. Prices realised were: heavy baconers £3 14s t 0 £'3 18s; medium, £3 6s to £3 12s: lighter sorts. £3 to £3 ss; heavy porkers, £2 2s to £3 6s; lighter, 33s to 38s; good stores, 22s to 295; smaller sorts, 18s to 21s; slips, 10s to 16s; heavy choppers,Sgood demand. £3 17s to-£4; ethers. £2 2s to £2 10s. AVHOSE THE BLAME “Mrs. Jones should be ashamed of herself.
