The applications of the 1 Waihi-Paeroa Gold Extraction Co., Ltd. (Mr Moresby) for a water race on the Waihou River at Paeroa, and an electric transmission

pole line to the company's mill at Paeroa, were granted subject to certain **

conditions submitted by the Ohinemuri County Council.

Surrenders were accepted as follows: ' —Frederick Hows, surrender of sawmill license at Maratoto; Albert Edward Wight, surrender of Commercial Extended special claim at Karangahake.
