.Mr Laurence Irvmg, who has frequently befriended Russian refugees, states that he is assured by many ot the refugees that Peter the Painter is now a Russian police officer, and that his mission was to compel England to close
her doors to the revolutionaries. Hence he sought to organise the Terrorists of the East End.
