TOSHACK NOT PLAYING IN SECOND TEST
SYDNEY, Dec. 10. E. Toshack, who strained a leg in the first test against the Indians at Brisbane, failed to pass a medical examination by Board of Control doctors, and will not play in the second test, starting at Sydney on Friday. Toshack’s bowling provided the sensation of the first test, when he took five wickets for 2 and six for 29. Neil Harvey (Victoria) has been chosen to replace him.
